Tim Holland is Michigan’s most successful and most experienced slip and fall lawyer. Tim has litigated over 200 slip and fall, trip and fall, and premises liability cases throughout Michigan, including winning cases in Detroit, Sterling Heights, Grand Rapids, Traverse City and Ann Arbor.
Tim is a recognized national legal expert in the area of premises liability law, and has taught at legal seminars and national webinars to thousands of lawyers throughout the United States on successful settlement and trial strategies on slip and fall cases.
Tim has also written extensively on all areas of premises liability and slip and fall law, and he has taught the advanced premises liability course at Davenport University for Michigan personal injury lawyers and claims adjusters.
Tim has had extraordinary success for his clients in settling these cases, winning at trial, and he has also argued and won important premises liability cases in the Michigan appellate courts, including the case of Taylor v. Home Depot.

Tim has been selected to the Super Lawyers© List multiple years since 2014, a listing of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The designation is limited to the top 5 percent of Michigan attorneys.

Tim has successfully brought hundreds cases to trial, including multiple wrongful death and serious injury claims involving millions of dollars in damages. His intimate knowledge of Michigan law and insurer policies and practices allows him to obtain full compensation for his clients, including penalty interest and attorney fees from insurance companies that wrongfully deny benefits and cause harm and delay for his clients.
